These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotes, orders, deliveries and installations by Sejdo Marble, SH3 Bitinckë, Bilisht, 7008, Albania, and to the use of our website https://sejdomarble.com.

By requesting a quote or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Sections marked “for consumers” apply only to individuals buying for personal use. For business customers, a signed offer or contract takes priority over these Terms.
2. Natural stone
Marble, granite and onyx are natural materials. Every slab is unique, and colour, veining, pattern, texture and natural marks may differ between slabs and from photos, samples and the catalogue. These natural variations are a characteristic of the stone and are not a defect.
Where possible, we recommend that you view and approve the actual slabs before cutting.
3. Quotes and orders
You can request a quote through our contact form, by email or by phone. Quotes are based on the measurements, drawings and information you provide, and are valid for the period stated in the quote. If measurements change or are found to be incorrect, the price may change.
The contract is formed when you accept our written quote, or when we confirm your order in writing. For larger projects, we may ask you to sign a separate contract.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, taxes, any deposit and the payment schedule are set out in the quote, contract or invoice.
Ownership of the products passes to you once they have been paid in full.
5. Delivery
We deliver in Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are set out in the quote. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, transport conditions or customs procedures.
For deliveries to Kosovo and North Macedonia, customs duties, import taxes and clearance costs are paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise in the quote.
Please make sure the delivery site is accessible for heavy vehicles and that someone is present to receive the goods. Inspect the products on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery document. Report any other damage or missing items to us as soon as possible.
6. Installation
Where installation is included, the scope, price and schedule are set out in the quote or contract. You are responsible for making sure the site is ready on the agreed date, including stable and level surfaces, access, water and electricity where needed. Delays caused by an unprepared site may lead to extra costs.
We are responsible for the quality of our own installation work. We are not responsible for defects caused by the underlying structure, other contractors, or works carried out after our installation.
7. Cancellations and returns
Conditions for cancelling an order or returning products are set out in the quote or contract for your order.
For consumers: you have the cancellation and return rights provided by Albanian consumer protection law. Please contact us at info@sejdomarble.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or return an order.
8. Faulty products and warranty
If a product is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications, contact us with photos and your order details. We will repair, replace or refund the product, in line with your rights under Albanian consumer protection law. Natural variations in the stone, as described in section 2, are not considered defects.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, unsuitable cleaning products, lack of maintenance, impact, or installation by third parties.
For business customers, warranty terms are set out in the quote or contract; if none apply, the provisions of the Albanian Civil Code apply.
9. Care and maintenance
Natural stone needs proper care. Please follow our care recommendations and avoid acidic or abrasive cleaning products, especially on marble and onyx.
10. Use of the website and catalogue
All content on this website and in our catalogue, including texts, photos, videos, the Sejdo name and logo, belongs to Sejdo Marble or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent. Product photos are for illustration only.
11. Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, transport disruptions, border or customs delays, or decisions of public authorities. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Albanian law.
12. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Albanian Law No. 124/2024 “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
13. Complaints and applicable law
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@sejdomarble.com. We will reply as soon as possible and try to resolve it fairly. Consumers may also contact the consumer protection authorities in Albania.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Albania, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.
